Overname AON Holdings door NIC officieel afgerond 

ORANJESTAD – Na ontvangst van de officiële goedkeuringen van de Centrale Bank van Aruba, de Centrale Bank van Curaçao en St. Maarten en de Nederlandse Autoriteit Financiële Markten werd de overname van AON Holdings door Navigator Insurance Consultants (NIC) op 24 december 2021 met succes afgerond.

Nu de overname officieel is zullen de beide organisaties vanaf 1 januari 2022 worden samengevoegd.Dezenieuwe opzet zal zorgen voor nog meer continuïteit, knowhow en specialistische verzekeringsoplossingen en zal verder bijdragen tot een nog beter serviceniveau voor de relaties.

NIC is een 100% onafhankelijke makelaar met vestigingen op Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao en St. Maarten en heeft na de overname ruim 20 professionals in dienst. Naast de particuliere klanten focust NIC zich op commerciële verzekeringen waarvoor zij tailor-madeoplossingen aanbiedt.

ORANJESTAD – Following the official approval by the Central Bank of Aruba, the Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, upon having met all regulatory requirements, the acquisition by Navigator Insurance Consultants (NIC) was successfully realized on December 24, 2021. 

Now that the acquisition is officially completed, the emphasis will be on bringing both organizations together by means of a swift and seamless transfer. This new setup will ensure continuity and consistency of operations through retention and integration of both the NIC and AON teams; a combination of best practices of both teams will result in a further improved level of service.
